Other brands are censored to prevent copyright issues I think? That's why you get WcDonalds and stuff in anime

Yeah, it's a game series and anime that Toei don't own or have anything to do with. They probably won't get in trouble for invoking the name, but most the time they censor names, brands, or titles just to avoid even the potential of getting into trouble

Sometimes they make fun of this like in AkibaRangers when they point out all the company names are wrong

Obviously seen them (hilariously) censor these kinds of names before, like with Ultraman or even sometimes their own properties like Super Sentai

I have to admit that I confused Mushiking with Moriking which is a Shounen Jump manga series a few years ago. It wouldn't surprised me if Moriking was inspired by Mushiking.

Copyright/Trademarks are very different in that the licenseholder has ABSOLUTE CONTROL over how their brand is portrayed. If they don't like how someone shows them, they can and will sue. It's a general CYA, bleeping out the brand names. Will they sue? Probably not. Is it still a possibility? Yes, so bleep that shit.
