I was under the impression that Sora was the only one who was dead. Doesn't Shirou not really die till the end of this movie?

yeah, Shiro wanted to revive Sora so they could live happily ever after. Why didn't he just kill himself though? I guess Heaven in Japan back then wasn't a lively place.

xD I must rewatch this.

Pretty sure Japanese religions, Buddhist and Shinto, are majorly against killing one's self.

I may be awfully mistaken...but I distinctly remember the words that Sora speaks to Shirou when he is uh..dying. She says: AFTER you died you kept thinking of me. You boarded the train of dead...

So that implies he did die. They both were dead and were hoping to get revived again. no? :?:

I had no idea a dead person could die again without actually coming back to life. why is it never mentioned that Hana is like Kotarou's cousin, or that Hana could possible be the next Den-O before him. Other than that it's always good to see all the forms rockin at once. Goodbye Den-O. Maybe.

What is that? Some kind of unified theory of relationships in a shoujo anime?

I realized I never posted my thoughts on this movie. This movie was pure and simple awesome. It had everything a Rider movie should have. I loved the character development. Especially with the Imagine. It really showed how far each of them had come since the beginning of the actual series. I loved Momotaros's speech to Koutaro. I think that signified who Momo is. Where is was once a villain stuck with a guy that wouldn't make a wish, he was now a true hero who cared for Ryoutarou and saw him as a friend. I loved the scene where Kintaros comes to Ryutaros's rescue. That showed how far the imagin had come in the relation of each other. Even Urutaros's relationship to Momotaros had grown from one of mockery to one of respect and friendship. It also showed Ryoutarou's growth as a character. In the beginning of the show he was basically a loser with horrible bad luck and was too much of a wimp to fight. Now he is fighting alongside his imagine comrades and was even able to kick the evil imagin out of him at the end, which was an awesome scene. This movie is among the best rider movies in my opinion and I hope that all future rider films take a lesson from this film.

I was wondering how Koutarou says this in japanese:
"My strength... is the real thing."
That's the fight scene at the beach, before he kicks that Phantom Imagin's ass...
