I'm really sorry, but I can't stop laughing at the effects of Jinnai drinking ten shots of tequila in a row and then the drunk factor kicked in 30 minutes later. It's like when my younger sister (she was 18 at that time, so drinking alcohol in the UK is legal of that age) told me of how she drank 16 shots of vodka in a row and then proceeds to giggle a lot when she got drunk some time later. By the time she got home, my older sister and I had a lot of trouble bringing her back to bed. XD

It's too bad we don't get to watch Jinnai getting a hangover the next day. I would love to see the aftermath of his embarrassments when his colleagues told him of the antics he's been put through. XD And who is Melos-sama, BTW?
