Hopefully someone could offer up a translation of the conversation, please? I tried using Google Translate on my phone, but it wasn't picking up the audio very well. There was some talk about "6 years ago", which I'm assuming is when they filmed "Kami no Kiba".

Yeah, that’s what they’re referring to; they discuss how its been a while with 6 years since their last entry. Nanri-san asks about the new work, and Kuriyama-san comments that it’s been fun and he can’t wait for people to see it.
They also discuss how Ryuuga’s doing; apparently he hasn’t changed a lot, though his coat got an upgrade. The interviewer (who sounds like Amemiya-san?) mentions that Ryuuga’s always had Rian by his side, and Kuriyama-san states that if he’s in another Garo entry, it should be called “Garo: The One Who Loves Rian.”
