I myself would LOVE to see a greed make a yummy out of the president of the Kogami foundation in OOO, i think it would make cakes of doom that it would throw and then explode on impact xD.

I've thought on occasion that Decade actually is a Greeed. They made noncanon medal toys based on past Riders, so he could bleed those. The Rider Greeed, who spawns Riotrooper Yummy and who lets OOO combo into other riders! A Den-O feature film!

On topic, Keitaro from Faiz. He wants the world to be happy/for everyone's laundry to be white and clean. Also, Eiji needs a Yummy. Preferably Mezool's. Her Yummy are based on obsession and come from nests. Eiji would have an army of helpers/pantsu obtainers. Same for Date. I'm curious as to whether it'd steal 100 million yen, complete what Date wants the money for or just bleed itself to give him Cell Medals.
