The New Legend finally returns after so long with a different translator named zeta_gundam. In this exciting episode of the The New Legend, Kuuga fights an Unidentified Lifeform nicknamed the Miraculous Jumper.

I kept thinking to myself that Kuuga will suddenly gain the power of high jump which he did but at the cost of his punching power. Can't go Hulk Smash and jump miles with a single leap like the Hulk can, Kuuga-kun.

I was wondering how'd they'd extend the arc. Just make it so he can't hurt the Grongi. lol.

In all seriousness, this isn't something that's really touched upon again in multi form riders. The fact that Dragon Form actually sacrifices a fair bit of strength for increased agility is a very cool plot touch in my opinion.

Yay!!!!! More Kuuga!!!

I kind of like the feeling kuuga gives, kind of gritty, particularly when it comes to violence, they don´t show it directly but they do imply it, watching Zu Bazuu Ba killing people individually made it feel like more of a threat, unlike moder rider series were the monster of the week can kill a dozen people and no one raises an eyebrow.

Also it was kind of odd seeing a monster with personality, though that might be due to the translated grongi, still it was a cool touch, i also liked the way he took advantage of kuuga´s innability to jump, and the way he directly attacked kuuga´s leg.

Nice to see Detective-san sticking up for yuusuke, and the way the police relayed the info directly to godai using the trychaser made it look like a real superhero in a way. The doctor seemed to be very well informed, for being someone who slices dead bodies his analysis on unnidentified life forms and Kuuga seemed extremely accurate, specially the "He will become a living weapon like them" part. Oddly especific.

With a different translator, one cannot be damned to think that the releases of Kuuga is to be accelerated (once a week like Fourze maybe).

Kuuga was the first two emphasize the whole "different situations, different forms" thing. Then again, I believe it's the second multi form rider.

That being said, OOO did establish that certain forms were more effective at fightin certain enemies. Like bird medals being effective against insectoid yummies, and cat medals being effective against jungle yummies.
