When Tsumuri got the Riders in the game for the first time in the episode (when they suddenly "spawned" in mid-air), I totally thought that it was intentional by Tsumuri and that she would keep floating in mid-air while the others fall down

Do you mean Snipe's actor? His name is 享恭 (u kyou)- completely different from Ace's name, 浮世 (uki yo)
They are not the same name and thus are transcribed/romanized differently
