I personally don't see the need for pictures when writing a fan fic but whatever floats your boat.

I can read and write Hiragana, but I'm not so good with the Katakana and well lets just not mention Kanji
I'm hoping I get better when I start studying Japanese seriously next year at University

I was totally into PR when I was younger...
the only show I remember thinking was as good was VR Troopers
I don't remember any of the others.
I kind of started watching anime after my PR craze finished, I never really got back into the Live action stuff untill resently.

I'd say Geki purely because I was turned by the series
It has good comedy in it and the plot is made up of Awesome
I think alot of people are turned off because of the US versions, even if they like Japanese anime/manga
I know I stayed clear of them because of it...
