Toei releasing Kamen Rider Ryuki on Youtube

I am subscribed to the Toei channel on youtube and they have been releasing a lot of older toku that has been hard to find other places and has been very enjoyable. Well today they started releasing Ryuki with subs. Does this count as an official release?

So far it's just the first episode but they have been good about releasing entire series. It might be to early to tell.

I thought they've only released the first few episodes subbed, remainder unsubbed dvd quality versions thus far and not fully subbed series?

They do at least seem to be uploading the newer stuff in HD, which is an improvement on the 360p stuff like Gavan was getting. But still, I don't really see how 2 episodes per series that we can only watch on Youtube is meant to be an improvement on fansubs.

I wanted to watch Amazon long ago... I hope they release the second episode too so that I can watch at least two episodes at once
