The Deadman commander names

So I finally corrected the names for the Deadmans

Agirera has been corrected to Aguilera

Furio/Hurio has been corrected to Julio

But I'm a bit baffled by Orteka (オルテカ). Is this supposed to be Ortega but someone at Toei put in a ka instead of a ga? Because it's so close to being Ortega (オルテガ) that it's kind of frustrating
