Thank you TV-Nihon for the release

If the writers spent as much time developing the story as the theme song, it would have been great!

For the US, something like Den-O might work better for a Saturday morning. But if we wanted something like Kabuto or even Ryuki (which I personally didn't like) then it would have to run on Cartoon Network during Adult Swim.
Lacking how? Because IMO, it had more going for it plotwise than Ryuki did.

And the opening was one of the worst things about it IMO. Maybe if it didn't have words I'd have enjoyed it more. Reminds me of the theme for the Mega Man cartoon back in the 90s

i guess too much plot killed it... the villain manipulates his henchmen by deceiving them rather than just sending out random monsters and making them giant when they are killed...

as a kid back then, all I could recall only the lines "Go go power rangers" in the theme song

I thought Xaviax made a wonderful villian. A cut above the "Send a monster, watch it get killed and throw a tantrum" type villians that seem to be in these types of shows. Another sign that DK should have been marketed toward an older audience.

Good point with the PR theme song though. Didn't think about that. Though in it's defense, it was a lot more catchy than Dragon Knight's theme.

Something I noticed while watching For Ventara and Earth Pt. 2

Obligatory Ryuki and Yugioh reference.

Well, I could have, but I don't have a photoshop program.

Plus the joke was that, Yugioh has a Red Eyes Black Dragon, and they changed the dragon's eye color from red to yellow for that reason.

I'm never doing jokes on the forums again.

Do they still show Yu-Gi-Oh on 4kids? I thought that they'd quit and that Onyx's dragon took the spot. D'oh!

I haven't heard of any new episodes. I think 5DS moved to Cartoon Network or something.

Well from what I hear, Dragon Knight is doing exceptionally well in Japan. I think personally that it was holding it's own over here, but 4Kids is just being stupid...

So I dunno.

To be honest, I'm not sure if they still air it or not. They still had random Yu-Gi-Oh stuff on their homepage, so I assumed they did. Which led to my bad joke.

It seems Dragon Knight is not quite down for the count.

Not much information right now but by the looks of it Dragon Knight might be moving to CN.
