i watched Shinkenger again after a while, and i hear this word:

[on the terms of speed, it's faster than fencing (supiido dake nara, kenjutsu wa maru)]

AFAIK, the word ken means sword, and jutsu means technique, but why Takenoko translate it as Fencing?

Can't fencing be used to describe swordsmanship or sword technique?

Dai means big and jo means tall and bu means husband, so why do people translate daijoubu as 'alright'?!

Compounds can alter meaning. One has to take a certain amount of contextual interpretation when dealing with these things otherwise you'd only use the word 'swordsmanship' as a translation of 剣人船. And that's not a thing :V

well yeah you can, but is there like, i don't know, a special reason as to why use word fencing rather than word any swordsmanship/sword technique?

Not really. Just another term to talk about the art of using swords
