Hi,
I'm sorry if this is answered in one of the release threads. I couldn't find an answer myself. What's a vent? Is this engrish or do they really mean something like a gas vent? What are they venting? Where does it come from?
Thanks
So what's a vent?

Re: So what's a vent?
Short for advent. The cards are called advent cards I believe.

Re: So what's a vent?
I think in this case they chose Vent to signify a release of power or force so that it would work in as a nice pun with the word Advent. Adventus in Latin means coming or arriving. The cards are "venting" small amounts of power from the contract beast into the rider, while the "Advent" card in each deck represents the arrival of said contract beast. At least, this is how I've been interpreting it.
