I wonder if we'll find out why Tsumuji lost his ninja powers when he was younger. Surely that's some plot point.

This episode made me so sad for Tsumuji. I have a feeling his powers / lack thereof are a psychological and mental block. I hope they address it later and he becomes SUPER POWERFUL because he deserves it.

I really hope the Takaharu they put in this episode is a sign that they are going to continue to tone him down. I feel this and the serious moment two episodes ago were the results of the hate he got for the first episodes.

Aside from that, it was a great episode. I love how Tsumuji has both red and white in his ninja ki representing his children.

I'm looking forward for Tsumuji to have his Ninja powers return.

There is a possibility that he might become a Ninninger in future episodes if Kento Shimoyama expand the plot behind his lost of powers. It's cool like Wolzard Fire and Kyoryu Silver II

Without powers, Tsumuji is already good because he looks like intelligent and if I remember correctly, he is the one who created the Ichibantou Henshin device/weapon.

Just a gripe that's been bugging me for awhile, but when it comes to the introduction, is the grammar off somewhere? It feels like Starningers part wasn't phrased correctly. It would, in my opinion, make more sense if it went "Along with that rockin' guy from America, instead of hiding, they have a party night!"

By the way, the father's name is tsu-mu-ji which means "whirlwind".

I thought they mentioned eariler on in the series that the grandfather didn't want his son to become a ninja, not that he had no talent.

I'd actually like it a bit more if the dad was competent with ninjitsu, just didn't need to use it because of peacetime.

I don't think that's the case. Tsumuji's always been self-admittedly powerless. Haru thought ninja's weren't fashionable. Dunno about the other two siblings.

What if the reason Tsumuji's sudden loss of ninpou was due to his father placing the Sealing Shuriken within him? It would certainly explain why nobody's been able to find the blasted thing.

I feel so bad for Tsumuji and want to see him become an extra ranger more than any other supporting character I've ever seen in Sentai! This is the first time an essentially filler episode has ever brought me to tears.
