Is origin saga a good place to start?

So I saw that there's a finished batch of orb origin saga on the tracker now, having never seen any ultraman show before is it a good show to start with?

Definitely not, it's a spin-off of Orb, so you'll just get confused. Dyna's probably a good jumping off point
