So with this debut of Decade Complete Form 21, which includes Zero-Two, "Kamen Rider Zero-One: REAL×TIME", where Zero-Two was supposed to debut, is announced to be available on DVD/Blu-Ray on April 21, 2021.
Intentionally or not, 4-21-2021 is an appropriate set of numbers.

Certainly feels like we're just going through the motion with both of these. Motion of no fucks given other than the shock value. And seeing Decade's ugly looking final form, that comes out of nowhere, which i guess is him at his peak power and have zero one on it seem to struggle to defeat the inves and barely dent Oma zi-o makes it worse when zi-o decade saber defeated oma, it's pathetic. Granted homa zi-o probably was pulling his punches thanks to Tsukuyomi which is kinda nice from the small interactions boy sougo had with her but it feels like a cop out.
Boy after seeing all this and it's prequel mini series, I think Inoue should not be in rider ever again

A little updates with these Zi-o VS Decade. I have finally done it I figured out the sweet spot for recording these things in 1080p. On the tech we were using it had the option of adaptive framerate. So I said to myself great. It will adapt to the Telasa framerate of 29.97 frames....AAAANNNNDDD that was the big mistake. I looked up more about the Adaptive framerate. This is what I found "Adaptive framerate DOES NOT work with third party apps. It works with our videos, but third party apps aren't supported yet."
So you may wonder what that means. While the tech was outputting at 30fps I was capturing at 29.97fps as some of you are now hitting your foreheads at the stupidity that I had to live through, you may have just realized what went wrong. So I did a test run capturing at 30 fps and guess what it fixed the problems we were having. Also I fixed the sound problems.
So possibly this weekend when I have time I will re-record the Zio VS Decade episodes and we will have true and proper 1080p no stuttering episodes.
So with the newest release of 7 Zi-Os 1-3 (3-13-2021), it's easy to tell that it's done differently as several moments are either better or worse than before. Some issues seem to be lesser or gone while some areas have new issues or are increased.
I wouldn't say they're better or worse than the last set as a whole, but the distinction is clear and appreciated.
Considering issues with the level of quality that are consistent across all versions, it seems we might just need to wait until a better release of these videos happens (if it does) and they can be obtained from a good source.
