If Shout Factory made a Blu-Ray set of Ex-Aid and/or Saber, I would buy them in a heartbeat. The only issue I can see is how to handle the Super Sentai crossover episodes.
In the criminal justice system, the people are represented by two seperate, yet equally important groups: The police, who investigate crimes, and the giant robots, who do battle with the bad guys' giant robots. These are their stories.

None. Not unless they're region free and/or available anywhere. Official releases are only good when they're available to everyone. Otherwise all they do is push fansubs further underground and leave us non-Americans out.
Seen:
Super Sentai: Fiveman onwards
Kamen Rider: Ichigou-Skyrider, all the Heisei/Reiwa series except the American shows.
Precure: DokiDoki-Go Pri
Metal Heroes: Gavan
Other: Spiderman, Power Rangers

I bought the Cutie Honey Blu-rays because I heard the company putting them out is pretty good. I wouldn't get anyting from Shout since they are more quantity over quality it seems when it comes to quality.

Probably Black and Gaim (Ex-aid is another option)? I need to watch some of the early heisei Rider to get a good opinion on it, but if they start offering 60fps I'll most likely stop thinking and buy it.
I've heard similar things regarding their Zero-One blu-ray; at least Mill Creek is doing a better job with Ultraman, between video quality and being region free. I think some physical media is better than no physical media, but Toei/Shout still have a ways to go in expanding the brand--my biggest hope is that what we've seen so far is more or less a test run, like early Crunchyroll Ultra?
