Yeah, but this is a super hero fiction. Best friends / comrades becoming enemies and then fight each other are the climax of these kind of stories.

I watch hero fictions to see heroes and villians acting cool and badass, not how normal people would normally react. I've seen enough of that everyday.

Like I said, I have no problem with him downfalling, it's how the writer is handling that is unsatisfying. It really feels like they threw all his IQ out the window because they need to create a huge conflict between him and Ace in a hurry as the series is ending soon.

At the end of the day, if you like how he's portrayed, good for you. It's just not for me. Everyone has their own preferences.
