This whole situation also sucks massively for any potential Gokaiger reunion now. While I'm no expert in the Judicial System of Japan (and I don't know if I even want to look into the finer details of it), the little bit I do know makes me happy to live in America. A similar situation to what will probably happen to Junya and future Gokaiger appearances happened back in 2009 when Noriko Sakai was arrested for drug possession and substance abuse. It's pretty infamous among otakus as it resulted in The Pokemon Company retconning the Pikachu & Pichu short as non-canon and tossing it into the deepest pits of hell, never to be touched again.
