Yeah, he's not in the trailer, conspicuously.
It's interesting, because I was under the impression that VS movies were all covered by the actors' original contracts these days. So it's strange for him to not be there, unless the Nouto were under different contracts, since they were basically the show's villains for a lot of it.

I think that's probably it because he's not nearly popular enough for his agency to consider breaking contract for him.

That's because his DonBrothers contract was sign with Anthem. He had since left and is now with Amazing Entertainment. I'd say his new agency has no obligation to his previous agency's contracts.
