There're about 3 minutes of new dialog in the DC, and 40 seconds was used for a recap.

The longer epilogue was nice though. We see the twins bickering and Rinne spending time with her father.

Spanner actually did say what his new goal was. It's the standard "I'll create world peace" but it's still important character information. I don't know why they cut that out from the original episode.
