The best way I can describe the series is a comment I made when reading the manga:
"This manga is a romcom shitpost, and I love it."
In reality, it is so much more than that. Not only is the main character a total Chad by every known metric, the female cast are more than just their typical stereotypes, and some of them are just not what I expected at all. There's genuine depth to them, beyond just loving the MC, and sure, they do sometimes play into their tropes, but it all usually ends with Rentaro being a total fucking boss and breaking every know law of Romcoms to make them happy. Not to mention some of the stuff they get into is pretty wild. Like, imagine having a girlfriend who is a pharmaceutical genius and able to make all kinds of drugs (even M*th), make a drug that somehow causes the hair of another girlfriend (the very first MILF of the series) to turn into a monster that engages in tentacle play.
If there was ever a sentence I'd never thought I'd type before in my life, it was that one.
Has anyone else watched/read this series? What are you opinions and why is Shizuka the most adorable one out of all of them?

First season was brilliant, one fo teh funniest anime I've evr seen.
Second season was still good but nowhere near the level of season 1 for me.
The gimmick of 100 GFs seems like a good idea on paper but there were just too many for them to juggle in the second season, none of the new girls got any spotlight outside of their intro arc and just kind of became backgroudn characters, where as in season 1 the girls all got an equal amount of time for you to get to know them and for them to interact with one another, the originals from season 1 feel like a "Rentaro Family" the new ones just seem like add ons.
I suppose season 2 skipping the "filler" chapters to rush through the 5 new girls didnt help, so maybe the manga is better.
