Really? I thought he said this because the guy's human form is a suit actor. So maybe he was a monster of the week at some point.

I really enjoyed this episode, especially now that i'm living in Japan and can catch it live then enjoy the subbed version even more, but there was something i hadn't spotted in the intro until todays episode 16/12, Destra's presence in the Ganglar clip, turns out Thanos was the one to do him in not our heroes xD
