The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds (aka A Link to the Past 2... Literally the Japanese name for LttP and LBW respectively are Kagegami no Triforce and Kagegami no Triforce 2...)
I literally just beat it and it is now my second favorite Zelda game of all time right behind LttP.

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City
Heard all the praise for it in the main chan and, had $14 to spare so I got it at a local game store. So far, it's plenty fun.

Small correction, it's
Kamigami no Triforce. Kami means god, and kamigami (kami repeated twice) means gods.
Kage means shadow.

Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2, and Yakuza 4... A character action reminder of Japanese style difficulty in games where even minor enemies will slaughter you if you just swing your sword around, and a strange mix between action RPG, beat 'em ups, GTA, and J-dramas.

Earth Defense Force 2025. Could not be happier with how they handled it as a REAL sequel.
