Horii's actor really confused me here, but no, this isn't Horii. The same actor also plays Tonda Daisaku, a main character in Booska! Booska!!, which is a Tsuburaya series that aired a bit after Dyna.

Wait, so this isn't a sequel to the series? So how does Asuka return to Earth?

    He doesn't. In Ultraman Saga, after some years everyone acknowlege Asuka as the hero who disappeared through the black hole. Asuka Shin did appeared on alternate universe for other Ultraman Movies but nothing implies he is coming back. Instead in Saga, he just sent a message, in the form of vision to his former teammates, who vow to catch up with him, which is no difference from the ending of the series.
    I just noticed a few things in these release. It's different than what I have watched from the DVD Version back when I was younger. Of course, the commentary part A and C from the casts aside, here is what I remembered and noticed:

    1. Blu-Ray version does not recap the short moment of Hanejiro saying goodbye to Dyna in episode 47 at the beginning of the movie while the DVD version (the older version ones) does.
    2. The recap of Miji aliens are longer in Blu-Ray, with the narrator commenting on it while the DVD version was shorter.
    3. Lastly, the ending. For DVD Version Asuka had longer lines when he cuddles Hanejiro, (Claiming that he felt lonely) and the ending song played was 'Kimi Dake Wo Mamoritai'. and it recaps only the moments that occurs in the movie. The blu-ray version did 'Ultra High' for the ending, with it recapping the moments from the main series episodes.

    Just to let you know, in case if you are updating the wikia.
