I'm actually glad that we get to have a flashback arc. (I got tired of seeing Ichigo godmodding all the time xD I always see him get beat up but he's always fine by the end of the fight) I have high expectations from "Turn back the pendulum" since we may be able to understand what happened to the ex-captains and the future captains. :D Aizen still bothers me. Really, if the guy has always worn glasses, I wonder if he now uses contact lenses or something.

Also, I'm not particularly interested with whatever happens to the Wankigan as well, but Jiraiya's story is worth mentioning, isn't it? >) With Ohtsuka Houchu voicing him, it'll be awesome when that part will be done in the anime and that should be in about five years. (At least Naruto can get injured... unlike Ichigo.)

To be honest, I'm not a huge fan of Shonen Jump series that have stand out to me, apart from Death Note (which I thought it was great, until L's 'sudden departure'; then got starting to be weaken) and Busou Renkin (yes, yes, I know it's by the same guy who did Rurouni Kenshin, but it's got likable characters).

The one thing that I hate about the popular titles, apart from Gintama, which I love the series to bits and thankfully got a shorter arc than Dragon Ball Z, is that the fight scenes tend to go on for around a couple of chapters and the storyline hasn't progressed to the next level.

Yeah, I used to read Negima, but for some reason I lost interest. Eurgh, too many panty shots spoiled my enjoyment, but hey. It's a Ken Akamatsu work after all.

And I'm currently reading Mushishi as I love the artwork, as well as the storyline and the narrative, each chapter is only one story each and I love characters who are just wandering around in an unknown environment. Can't wait to read Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei soon.

I'm really enjoying this comic, some of you might have noticed that I've posted links to it in the random picture thread

The comic's premise is a parody of the old command based adventure games. In Problem Sleuth, you get a detective, he can interact with the environment around him and pick up items. But it's just super surreal

Like one reoccurring joke is that the game is super buggy. So when he picks up his key, it becomes a gun. So occasionally using his key won't work because it's out of bullets. He spends the first part of the "game" trapped in his office and unable to get out

His companions are Ace Dick, his rival who happens to be next door and Pickle Detective, a long and disconcerting looking fellow with a powerful imagination

And imagination is important, because later in the game the characters are able to enter a dream world

Also, candy corn is important
Problem Sleuth Candy Corn Vampire, isn't he cute?

Or you can just read the spoiler recap:

Which doesn't matter anyway since it won't make any fucking sense to you XD

I've learned about a lot of interesting webcomics because of this thread. And I am quite thankful to you guys for it. I've also been reading up on mspaintadventures. I am in awe of it. Even though it's somehow nonsense, it also somehow makes sense which is even more nonsensical (this sentence made no sense huh?). It's fantastic, really. I love surreal stuff.

I've started reading Theri There but the author hasn't updated in nearly a year which is a shame. (A small note, this comic isn't for the close minded as it goes into a topic/belief system that not everyone will be comfortable with)

I looked at the latest and first comic, what's it about? I guess this isn't a plot driven comic?

Currently got Bleach 22 and Kitchen Princess 8 checked out. Last week I just finished reading the "Palette of 12 secret colors" that are out

Yeah, I kinda have been reading some of Alan, a featured webcomic on VGCats' website. If not reading that, I'm reading something off of Sna-Fu or Dueling Analogs.

There was a great webcomic I used to read (unfortunately, the name is currently escaping me) where it took a normal guy, threw him in with a space crew featuring a pretty bishoujo princess, a kawaii-catching pink-haired young girl, the silent-but-deadly swordsman, the jealous-of-the-bishoujo-princess 20-something chick and a talking cat and had them travel around the galaxy trying to stop the bad guys from doing evil while bursting through tons of anime cliques along the way. The art was early-mid grade Photoshop but still intertaining, especially when the group has to 'henshin-up' into a team of senshi/sentai and pilot giant mecha while using their 'new powers'.

Again, good stuff but I seriously wish it had continued. The series started with an 'O' but I'll have to look for it online when I can remember more of it.

As for current stuff, I've been reading 'Nightmare Inspector', 'Record of a Fallen Vampire', '.hack (any and all series)', among scanlations of Tsubasa Chronicle, xxxHolic, Psyren, When Death do us Part, etc.
Yuusuke: BLACK RX?
Decade. No... This is... Saban's Masked Rider no Sekai. Alright, let's go.
Natsumi: WHAT? You're not going to help this world's Rider?
Decade: BELIEVE ME, it's better if they all die.

Manga- Godchild

Comics- Green Lantern, Battle for the Cowl, Green Lantern Corps, Action Comics.

Graphic Novels- Coraline, Kingdom Come.

Comic Collections- Crisis of Inifinte Earths, Batman No Man's Land, and Batman Knightfall.

New reads would be the comics and Coraline while I reread the others. No Man's Land takes some time but worth going through.

Comics-
X-Factor
- one of the best ongoing comics I've ever read... Extremely entertaining, great characterisation, great drama and humor.

Uncanny X-Men/ X-Men: Rise and Fall of the Shi'Ar Empire - Just catching up on X-titles from storylines I missed...
Trying to get through what I can from between Decimation and Messiah Complex, and keep going from there.

FreakAngels - webcomic by Warren Ellis, pretty interesting stuff.
I don't really follow any other webcomics, too much crap like CAD... Used to enjoy White Ninja but it got dull, and 8Bit but I kept forgetting to stay up to date.
