I think I've watched a French Youtuber talking about it and if I remember correctly, you need gravity for the blood to go correctly to the required parts without any pressure issues, or something like that, since the blood system is made to need to counteract the Earth gravity, so too much pressure in some parts I think. Still need confirmation on that.
