Alt Title: Fallout episode

Feels kind of weird to just now reveal that Takane is a killer? But despite that, the scene of him yelling down the reporters was pretty fun.

Apparently you can produce Inga from just working at your bar or researching things on the computer?

Interesting that Hoshiai is the one not producing Inga. You'd think that'd be Kuon?

Also, Amou felt like he'd be a secondary protagonist in episode 2, but he really hasn't done anything. We see his buddy Kanata do more in this episode than he does.

Pretty enjoyable for a set up episode

It seems Nagusuke is a bottler, thinks about stuff too much, I guess that's why he's generating Inga. So Takane used to be a serial killer huh? Alright, makes sense.

I'm not sure why this episode is called Bug. I thought there might be some kind of glitch in the game that causes trouble or something, but I still liked the episode. It seems whatever they're cooking inside Garo is actually ready to go, but the glowy red eyes woman wants more fun Inga.

I haven't figured out anything significant from Kuon's child flashbacks yet, wonder what that's all about. They seem to be putting a lot of emphasis on the little trinkets they all have.

Do the titles mean anything? Like New Game and Item I get. But episode 2's Save and 4's Freeze aren't really sparking anything for me.

Yeah, what is the deal with those flashbacks?

Or maybe the "bug" is referring to that lady planting a "bug" into the characters? It was more obvious when she "froze" time to "plant" that "bug" on Kuon.

Just my guess is all.

Pretty good episode. And yeah, I believe the "Bug" is the lady planting seeds of doubt/intent to raise inga for our characters to force them to fight. Now that we're starting to see more of Kuon's flashback I'm starting to think we have our classic case of the main characters meeting before when they were children and some kind of event happened to them. Possibly relating to Takane being a killer.

Is it possible that Kuon actually has a past that's somewhat related to the world of Garo?

I... Don't think that today's round has a secret peaceful wincon.

Wincon eh? I wonder if Kuon is still going to be set up as the moral protagonist. Or is everyone in this series going to turn out to be a shitheel in the end?

I like this Garo. It's like watching Greed Island Arc or SAO all over again.

Lesser special effects more individual story.
That's nice.
Even the ending song was run over by the longer story runtime in each episodes.

Love it! The scene with the reporters is great. I love the performances and the actor/camera blocking in that scene. The sound is a bit off since I can hear a lot of clothes ruffle and distortion. It's interesting to see this as an "indie" production. I'm a fan. Definitely looking forward to the next episode. WHAT A SET UP!

I like how they're setting up an 18 (17) person free for all, but having them all happen in that one room is a little lame.

More like 16, 1 went out swallowed by Horror and 1 exploded.

You can see all the ugly side of humans in this series.

I'm not buying the whole "ugly side of humans" schtick here.

Clearly a bunch of despicable humans were chosen on purpose here.
