First, check to make sure your file is complete by running it through RapidCRC or checking it with a torrent. If it's incomplete, the torrent will fill in the broken parts.
Don't use Quicktime, Realmedia, or WMP to play our files. Basically, they suck, and you're going to have a bad time.
Use VLC, Gom Player, or Media Player Classic with some codec packs installed.

Re: how can I convert transcript to SRT
You need to reverse engineer what I do to convert them for the webpage:
Copy the text into Notepad
Global replace:
<br> with Dialogue: 0,
" " with ,Default,,0,0,0,,
This is two spaces
" - " with ,
Space dash space, replacing it with a comma
Then you can copy it into Aegisub and it should parse properly. From there you can save it to srt format I believe?
Is there a particular series you want them for? I can just send you the raw srt files. They won't be timed right since there's commercial breaks, but it might be less work to time shift them than to do the above process for each page.

Re: how can I convert transcript to SRT
May I have the caption of kamen rider 555 ? I downloaded the sub of kamen rider 555 from a japanese subtitle website kitsunekko.net but it seems that there are a lot of format problems which I cannot solve it by easily replace and remove . The transcript of TV nihon is clear and no format problem.takenoko wrote: ↑Thu Jul 09, 2020 5:37 pm You need to reverse engineer what I do to convert them for the webpage:
