And that's essentially my train of thought there. If everything is covered up and censored to begin with, who's to say they didn't skip the complexities of actual sex and just make it simulated.

I wonder if the motivation for all this garbage is that a while ago Toei sent cease and desist orders to pr0n companies who were making tokusatsu parody pr0n and using characters from Toei Super Sentai, and the the pr0n companies decided to make their own tokusatsu so they can do parody pr0n of their own property?

While looking at the releases by month I can see that you must be right, but I am sorry if I do not recognize knock off cosplay outfits of Super Sentai that I have not seen. On the other hand, the titles do not announce Gokai Yellow and Gokai Pink pr0n, it announces Kaiser Five pr0n. Maybe they get away with it by slightly changing the names? Like calling what looks like outer Sailor Senshi pr0n as Sailor Ariel?

Maybe Giga has run out of shows to parody and so must create their own?

Somehow I think Luna's summary is far more interesting than the movie will ever be - which could sadly mean there won't be an episode 7 (or maybe they'll put some actual effort into it like they were doing for the first five mini-eps). Zen is cheaper and actually has good quality shows, so glad I didn't waste $60 on a heavy petting session.

They did a pretty decent job with the costume. However, I doubt it's going to match the source material's reputation as one of the most underrated sentai series.

I honestly haven't been that impressed with her acting abilities in JAV thus far. There are a few JAV actresses I follow because I'm a fan of them off-screen (many actually have their own YT channels and do gaming, vlogs, etc.), so when a show like this happens, I'll usually skim through a few of their movies just to see if they've actually got a personality (a lot of debut movies include full interviews). She did much better in Wakusaver, albeit she was trying too hard to make an impact.

Tenma Yui is far better when it comes to acting skills, although she doesn't yet compete with Taki Arisa (gravure actress who's done a lot of sentai for Zen Pictures) who could easily do a mainstream series if she wanted.

There has always been a mix of parody and original material. It all depends on if the company hears a character is particularly desired or not. Some of Toei's '80s shojo tokusatsu have also been parodied in this way. But it's actually easier for companies like Zen to create their own original miniseries than to try and emulate another show. Zen's done their DekaRanger parody, but most of their stuff's original. Meanwhile, it seems like Giga is trying to straddle the porn and gravure sentai industries, producing something that lacks the depth of gravure, the hardcore action of porn, and ends up with the scripts of porn and torture scenes of gravure instead.

Torture scenes are quite common in gravure sentai. partly as filler material, and partly because it merges sexual fantasy with something softcore that fits the plot. However, gravure torture scenes don't involve nudity and (while there's some erotic suggestion), there's no actual sex play involved. I think the closest I've seen is a scene where the baddy is rubbing a solvent on the Rider's legs in Kamen Soldier Miyuki so she'll slowly and painfully be dissolved (which was a reference to the old Shocker deaths where the villain simply dissolved into nothing).

Strange, I can think of several ways of allowing the bad guys to use sex in (sort of) consensual ways: A female general cruises bars and seduces some guy into having sex. The guy is transformed into a mook when he finishes. Or, The bad guys can use mind control to seduce a hero with the idea that they will lose their powers if they climax. Or, the bad guys can use mind control to make the male heroes hot for the female heroes and vice versa. After they finish they are too tired to fight and get captured. Or, they can go for a shoujo manga cliche, they could have a male villain who is good looking and smooth who seduces the heroine when they are both untransformed.

But this is Japan so they like what they like?
