I read that there's going to be a cameo from Don Momotarou in Zenkaiger for an episode. But is DonBrothers really going to be a sequel to Zenkaiger, or are people just overrreading into it?

They do seem to be using the gears and some the equipment seems to be the same so there's likely some connection even if it's not a full on sequel.

Also, apparently since Kyuranger broke the post-anniversary series tradition of the team just having the primary color members for the first bit of the show, this one's taking other cues (no pun intended) from them with the Blue Ranger having fur, the Pink Ranger having wings (specifically with them on the back instead of on or under the arms), and the Pink and Black Rangers not being human (seemingly at this point).

Because Kaiser is a word? Whywould it be Zenkaizer? That doesn't make any sense.

Yes, I know that. I spelled it Zenkaiser initially when we were doing Zenkaiger.

But Toei's the one that is creating the spelling for these fake names and how it appears on their promotional material. Clearly it's not a mistake because they repeat it for Twokaizer. I thought it was a z because the show is called Zenkaiger and z is a big thing in this series. Like Zyuran

There's maybe going to be a hero from Zenkaiger being a regular on the next show like Queen Hedrian was back in the day. I'd assume they are actually going to do it if they bothered to mention it.

-Momotarou motif because it's something all kid's know
-Chose a visually impactful team this time, a Sentai first. Black's only three heads tall. Fucking KijiBrother is 220cm tall which is 7.2 feet. Momo's got the chonmage topknot and OniSister has horns
-Then they talk about Inoue not writing a Sentai in 30 years (Jetman). The director [[Tasaki Ryuuta]] also hadn't directed a Sentai in 22 years, with the exception of some work on [[Kiramager]] and [[Zenkaiger]] recently. This ignores his work on Power Rangers and AkibaRangers, of course.
-Momotarou is appearing on Jan 9's epsiode of Zenkaiger

So is this why people are saying it's a sequel? I guess their transformation device the DonBlaster is based on the Zenkaiger's gear? The super bike thing is a Enyarideon (エンヤライドン)? Apparently it will combine with Zyuran?

Oh here it is. I guess Denjiman and Sun Vulcan shared a character, so they're saying it's the first series in ~40 years to not do that, I guess? The phrasing is a bit of a tease, so I'm not sure if it's true or not.

If you look at the design, the DonBrothers have the same kind of metallic wristband/armband/legband/ankleband on their gloves/gauntlets/boots as Zenkaiser has, just replace the V with a D-pad.
They have the same shape belts as him too, (maybe upside down) with a peach on it instead of a V
Don Momotaro has a huge Sentai Gear on his bike and it will gattai with Zyuran.

Both Zenkaiser and Zyuran will appear in the series until june, I'm not sure on what capacity though.
