Did someone put instant adhesive in Kindaichi's boot?

Uh, that's all? I'm a little disappointed by the inference work in this episode. The only evidence that points to the murderer is

the way he holds the bag? In that case, any worker at the brewery, or anyone at all, could have been the culprit.

Also, I'm pretty sure Kindaichi already ruined 4 generations of yeast cultivation with all that walking in and out of the main cellar.
