I just realized, it's not JUST that they're eyes. the dividing line between sides is deliberately slanted like that.



it's the icon for "can't see" or "hidden", like when you're typing in a password and it automatically turns it into asterisks on screen.

the DGP contestants are given an item that explicitly tells them "you're not seeing what's really going on here."

It does not seem like a coincidence that they got Yoshitsugu Matsuoka to voice the Vision Driver considering the Game aspects of the series and the look of Kamen Rider Glare being somewhat reminiscent of Sword Art Online and Kirito, respectively, but what's just ironic for me is that the Driver uses the "Providence Card" when "providence" was the whole deal with Nail Saionji, his character from Yu-Gi-Oh! SEVENS.
