Oh hey the head maid is here! And she can fight. Wait were the Bugnaraku going to attack Himeno? If so, why break the bars since aren't they allied with Dagdedo? I guess they wanted the maid to fight someone, but this scene doesn't make very much sense to me

The bummer about working on these shows is that I figured out Diabon was Sebastian way before the reveal. I think this would have been a fun surprise though

I do like that the throwaway joke became an actual plot point. What a reverse She's All That

I'm a little impressed that Himeno allowed for Rita to be a candidate with no social pushback. Yeah, it's Kamejimu in disguise trying to whittle down as many rulers as possible, but still, feels more socially progressive than some things in real life

Wish I could give this episode a 4.5, it's not quite a 5, but I enjoyed it way more than a 4. Himeno and her relationship with Sebastian, the maid, and the head doctor is just a lot more interesting than Yanma, his bf, and their idiot thugs. Speaking of which, where are they? Aren't they without a home now that their kingdom has been reduced to a fiery hole in the ground?

Himeno's speeches were always so dramatic and on a different level.

Himeno had shown time and again that she's masking her good intentions behind her selfishness. Blowing up a house so she can give the family a new one, and forcing Sabas into an old man disguise to save his life because he hated his look so much that he's ready to commit suicide. Contrarily, Kamejimu didn't understand any of this, so he was just portraying the stereotype of people obsessed with beauty being selfish and bratty.

Also, while Kamejimu was disguising to impersonate others, Sebas was disguising so he could just be himself. It's a stark contrast.

Did the Head Maid use zombified grunts to break into the jail? Their movement were kind of stiff. They had no will so just point them in a direction and they'll just wipe everything out along the way.

Come to think of it, the other rulers didn't need to put in any effort when fighting Kamejimu's grunts. So the Space Bugs didn't have lackeys and needed to rely on Grody's zombies?

Gira's dumbassness making Kamejimu suffer was funny. And he had a big dumb smile when he recognized the real Himeno.

Yanma looked baffled about the toys-r-us giraffe stuff toy.

I don't get how that would work biologically, though. If the purpose of marriage partly is to give birth to an heir (which she mentions), if Himeno doesn't marry a man, isn't she gonna need a donor for her to give birth? Then doesn't that also make the whole marriage pointless? If you still need a donor for an heir, why marry at all? I don't know how these things usually work, so I'm trying to make sense of how it would work in-universe. Now, I know it's not actually Himeno, but shouldn't there be a logical explanation for it other than the "real plan"? Gosh, why are royal weddings so complicated...
If there's no in-universe explanation for this, I think they haven't thought this through, and just did it for fan-service or just to try to be progressive. That's a little superficial.
