Looks like #3, so presumably also the upcoming 4, also has subtitles. I've got to say, I'm impressed they're doing something without anyone paying license fees, but at least as impressed that they didn't region lock these. Subs on a shoestring budget are at least a public acknowledgement of overseas fans, and as funny as it is that even Garo got dubious YouTube subs before Toei, I feel... well, I'm not quite at "cautiously optimistic," but it certainly isn't impossible for us to get more stuff like this. Here's hoping...

Speaking of which, let's talk about those captions. Off the top of my head, while they get a lot of it right. They get some stuff blatantly not right, like calling Kamen Rider Legend, Kamen Rider Gorgeous consistently. The translator must have some of the actor data available to them, since they name the stunt actors correctly. But then they'll drop the names sometimes, like at the end of each segment, the main host is saying thank you to his cohosts Takaiwa and so on, but so far, they always change it to thank the viewer instead
Men's race:
Vice won? Boo! Rigged!
Women's race
They didn't even bother to try to give the lady's race bad captions.* In some ways, good, in other ways, why you always treating lady riders like second class citizens, Toei?
They bother to set up a frame work of Legend setting this all up, but he's not even around in the main races lol
Majade wins while all the other Riders are helping out the one that fell. I guess Majade makes sense

Anyway, I'm always a big fan of the stunt actors so I'm glad to see them receiving a bit of love!
