Finally, the climax!
Sad that they killed off Kagereshia.

Re: Go-Onger 49 released
Following what everyone else has said, this episode wasn't as charged as the previous ones, but it's still damn good. Looking forward to the finale.

Re: Go-Onger 49 released
If one thing years of watching Sentai has taught me its that heroes never really die. Mecha might, but I figured since the Engines are alive they count as heroes too. So to me watching Kitaneidas and Kegalesia die was worse than the Go-Ongers/Wings "dying". Of course, even though they did stand up to Yogoshimacritein and end up telling the Go-Ongers what to do to win pretty much, they still didn't turn "good" really, they were just standing up for "a world for all BanKiZoku" which was still what the Go-Ongers were fighting against. More of a the enemy of my enemy is my friend (temporarily) again, like with the sound world monster a long time ago.
Also, yeah like PHurricane said, the helmet thing at the end was so off.. which without some after-effects it would've been odd for Saki unless she stood there for a min to tie up her hair but that would've kinda messed up the moment, but the guys.. yeah just.. all three were kinda bad..
For some reason the ketchup on omelets seems odd to me.. at least it looked like ketchup.
But seriously though, did anyone not foresee Kitaneidas and Kegalesia standing up to Yogoshimacritein suddenly? The way they were acting after he first used them as a shield was like.. yeah they're gonna stab you in the back now Though I didn't expect them to turn so fast, I expected more of a oh its the big final battle, all three Gaiark are fighting the Go-Ongers and the Go-Ongers are being so emo/determined because they "lost their friends" that it made Kitaneidas and Kegalesia have a heart change and like they'd grab Yogoshimacritein and let the Go-Ongers attack him and destroy them all in the "supreme sacrifice" moment

Re: Go-Onger 49 released
is this the first time you've used the first season splash at the end of the series?

The final battle approach's. Sad to see Keg & Kitan go i'm definitely surprised they chose the to help the Go-Onger's instead of continually helping Yogoshimacritein. Dues EX Mechina FTW!!

Re: Go-Onger 49 released
Man, some real dramatic stuff going on in these episodes, though the Gunpei/Hanto one was definitely the most dramatic because it was so unexpected.
I was hoping that Kega and Kita's hands would touch before they died, and was disappointed when they didn't...but I was glad to see Saki put their hands together at the end.
Also, I think it's fantastic that there is a literal Deus ex Machina in this show.

Re: Go-Onger 49 released
hmm... Its nice to know that theyre still alive somewhere, but it takes away all the impact of their 'deaths' if you can do one thing and poof, theyre back. I was hoping for some spin-off quest or something. like eji did back in boukenger

I dont want Go-Onger to end!!!
Atleast theres the Go-Onger vs. Geki and later on there will most likely be Go-Onger vs. Shinkenger

Re: Go-Onger 49 released
Kitaneidas had a role call early in the series with Yogostein and Kegaleshia when the ministers revealed themselves to the GoOngers. (Around Episode 8... I believe)Arigomi wrote:Kitaneidas finally got his chance to take part in a roll call.

Re: Go-Onger 49 released
One episode to go. Looking back, the only thing I didn't like with this series are the engine souls. Just by watching the team change their engine souls, to talk to another engine soul, makes it tiring.

Re: Go-Onger 49 released
Agreed. It made it nearly impossible to see all the engines together. Another thing that doesn't translate well, from toy to TV. Can't wait for the last episode. It be funny they toss him into the garbage can and stick it in the corner, for a ending.

Re: Go-Onger 49 released
I just noticed. Sousuke called the weapons "Rocket Daggers" instead of "Rocket Boosters"...
Re: Go-Onger 49 released
That's because they were originally called Rocket Daggers in episodes 17 and 18 before the whole dagger incident occurred. Starting from around 43, all of a sudden they were able to say dagger again, because Hiroto and Miu started calling out their attacks, so I guess they just kept it consistent with the first two episodes.
