all in all a nice way to start the build up to the end of the series

At least Toujou was a Hero in the end, dispite having a warped view of what it was until he got splattered by a Cargo Truck.
I though Asukura was gonna get another notch on his belt, but i was wrong.

I always felt like Toujou's end was a bit too good for him. In the end, I don't really feel like he ever truly knew what it meant to be a hero. He just seemed like some emo kid who had super powers and used them to be a douchebag, nothing more. And him saying that he wants to be a hero just so maybe then people will like him made him seem pathetic to me.

Kinda ironic how Toujou turns out to be "a hero" in the end.

Also I'd assume a car could go up in flames like that? Assuming some of the gas was poured inside the front? I wouldn't know, I don't check the front of a car much, so all I know is that's where they have all the technical stuff. Engine and whatnot.

Completely agreed. I felt that Tiger had the potential of being one of the recurrent Riders, and it should have appeared earlier. I loved its design, and "Freeze Vent" is like abuse material. If only they placed Tiger out earlier and changed the personality of the character (i.e. non-emo)...

Seconded on that. This guy had a mad streak of backstabbing/ambushing to deserve a hero credit at the end.

That said, I didn't expect him to save those two. He would probably just stand still as the truck knocked the duo, or even worse, send out Tigger to grab those two into mirror world for reminding him of his teacher's family.

But I guess the writers decided to give him some good deed to do at the end, so that the audience will not totally hate him. That also means the only one without good deeds at the moment is Rhino boy.

I guess Toujou finally realised to be hero he needed to do it for the sake of others. Though this doesn't redeem him at all he at the very least realised this.
Become an hero.

yay ryuki's back and the finale looms near as a climatic battle heats up between ryuki and knight. has asakura bitten the dust? is it the end of tiger, has he become a hero at last? will we ever see odin/kanzaki, henshin? who knows

I feel that the writers could have done better with Toujou's death. As said before, he got off way too easy.

Gorou has the authority of hiring bodyguards, I wonder how he plans on paying those two?

Probably just to show to the audience that he ended up being a hero.

The writers "time-skipped" to that night or a day later to show that Toujou is a hero with a newspaper release of the accident. That is the best way to show it, in my opinion.
