Currently people trying to download from irc who are on harpy will have trouble downloading from people:

-harpy.mi.us.synirc.net- User <nick here> is currently not accepting DCC SENDs with such a filename/filetype from you. Your file <some file name> was not sent.

This can be fixed with the command /dccsend +nick

or you can just go to a server that doesn't do this.

The same problem is happening with me on
-zero.dk.eu.synirc.net-

Is anyone else getting this problem?

Yeah, this problem is only on harpy and zero.. and if someone don't have mIRC, they can use command
